COLOR MEETS SPRING

The Sartorialist captured this dashing lad for March GQ (on newsstands now!). As you can see from the penetrative shot, the refined debonair blended his colors accordingly, while not going too far out. Almost seems he used the PANTONE technique. After viewing the Spring shot, I decided to go to market and highlight some Spring exotics. Having some exotics at your disposable will indeed kick up your Spring style game .

Fred Perry for Swear

Not your average color choice for sneakers, but these suede head-breakers catapults any getup to the next level.

Etro Shirt

What a popping floral? Etro really stepped up their textile treatments for Spring. Get closer to the shirt's detailing; check the amazing color contrast between the petals and vines. So fresh!

TOD'S

You can't say exotics and leave out TOD's. This brand has become iconic for their comfy drivers. Especially the Gommino styles (pictured) ! I'm not familiar with TOD'S footwear mechanics, but they make stellar 'tractions' for drivers and loafers (I still dig Minnetonka drivers!).

Patrik Ervell

Brighten up your drab Spring days in this sunny anorak Gents. It has simple sensibilities, with practicality at the same time. Plus, the large side flap pockets add to the already strong detailing infused throughout the outerwear (look real close).

Moncler

This is my favorite exotic for Spring!!! I'm fascinated by this brand's reinvention to coolness. Moncler’s baseball cap (not sold in the U.S.A. as of yet. I purchased mine overseas!) is perfect for a fun day out or at the ballpark. The brim contrast just screams fly, doesn't it?!

Be daring this Spring, and step out Gents!!
